Replace nested hyperlinks coming from Wikipedia converter

The Wikipedia converter script can produce text like this:

This is an [example [text](https://duckduckgo.com)](https://google.com)
```

This can be fixed:
- site-wide by running an SQL query
- script-wide by introducing checks for this in `convert_wikipedia_to_blip.js`
