We want interns and mentors to be able to participate in the Outreachy intern chats. We also want to introduce interns to different parts of open source culture. Some of the current chats do that better than others.

New chat schedule:

• week 1: intro chat - introduce yourself and Q&A
• week 3: everybody struggles - normalize the fact that everyone struggles, everyone needs help, and it's okay to ask questions and reach out when you're stuck.
• week 5: career chat - talk about different careers in open source - this normally makes interns realize how many people get jobs via their network, rather than through just sending in their resume
• week 7: networking - answer questions about how to do an informal chat, talk about worries and fears about networking
• week 9: conferences - talk about what different types of open source events are out there (meetups, conferences, hack-a-thons, hackerspaces, etc), why it's important to attend, and answer questions from people who have never gone to a conference
• week 11: mentorship - encouraging interns to become mentors, asking them what helped them the most from their mentors, mentors sharing how they felt as first time mentors, and tips.
• week 13: wrap up
