[Feature]: Multi AZ MachineDeployment

Problem to Solve

It is a bit tedious to maintain a list of different MD/OscMachineTemplate for each AZ.

Proposed Solution

It would be nice to have a multi az MD object (the same as the KubeadmControlPlane it is multi AZ without duplicating it).
