Constant name is neither all caps and pascal cased ^ref

😕 I'm not sure what this is going for as it lists snake/pascal case in the example. Could this maybe be worded deifferently?

Could you suggest new sentence?
Because English is not my native language.

"Constant name is neither all caps nor pascal cased"

that means both of the following are true:

• It is not PascalCase, and
• it is not ALL_CAPS.

But I intended to mean for it.
There are "Constant is Pascal cased" and "Constant name is all caps with underscore(_)", so "Constant name is neither all caps nor pascal cased" include a case not included both former cases.
