All routes to a macOS download result in a 502 bad gateway error

The README.md links to https://osx.telegram.org/updates/Telegram.dmg, which fails with a 502 Bad Gateway nginx error. The Telegram for macOS download page which contains a link to "Get Telegram for macOS" fails in the same way.

Same happens trying to brew install

% brew install --cask telegram
