[BUG] Telegram Desktop Group Chat only show a "Close" bar on bottom

Steps to reproduce

1. Open a special group chat (but I don't know the differences. Some groups works while others not)
2. Enter any thread of that group chat (optional step, if some group chat has threads)
3. Try to send a message -> failed, only see a "Close" button/bar

Expected behaviour

Expect to show a normal chat input bar.

Actual behaviour

Some group chats only show a "Close" bar on bottom, like this:

However, I can send messages normally on Telegram iOS or Android client in those groups and group threads.
Only the Desktop Client has this strange issue.
