+
+This document describes the reversibility policy for the Managed Mutualized Virtualization product covering the OVHcloud VMware Cloud Director offer.
+
+This policy aims to implement the general reversibility principles and our compliance with the SWIPO IAAS Code of Conduct for cloud providers.

+## List of features
+
+Features of the product line fall into three categories:
+
+1. **Core features** for which we guarantee migration capacity.
+2. **OVHcloud implementations** that require adaptation to a new migration environment.
+3. **Specific features** that cannot be guaranteed for migration as they are related to the OVHcloud environment or involve custom developments.

+## List of architectures
+
+The product is based on a VMware hypervisor and enables isolated VMs to run on shared physical hosts. The architecture supports full virtualization, live migration of VMs, dynamic resource allocation (CPU, RAM, storage), advanced network management (GENEVA segment) and backup of snapshots on demand. VMs can run various OS (Linux, Windows and BSD).

+## Cost and fees
+
+Billing is for monthly use without duration commitment and there is no specific cancelation fee. Deleting the service will stop billing at the end of the current period and any associated OVHcloud credits cannot be transferred. It is the client’s responsibility to export data, images, snapshots and configurations before service deletion, as deletion is irreversible.
+
+## Data retention after contract termination
+
+After the service deletion or a contract termination, OVHcloud permanently deletes all data, images, snapshots and configurations of the shared VMs. Automatic backups are also deleted. It is therefore imperative to export all necessary data before deletion. No restoration is possible after the fact.

+Le produit s’appuie sur un hyperviseur VMware, permettant l’exécution de VM isolées sur des hôtes physiques mutualisés. L’architecture supporte la virtualisation complète, la migration à chaud des VM, l’allocation dynamique des ressources (CPU, RAM, stockage), la gestion avancée du réseau (segment GENEVE) et la sauvegarde de snapshots à la demande. Les VM peuvent exécuter divers OS (Linux, Windows et BSD).

+## Coûts et frais
+
+La facturation est mensuelle et sans engagement de durée. Aucun frais de résiliation spécifique n’est appliqué. La suppression du service arrête la facturation à la fin de la fin de la période en cours. Les crédits OVHcloud éventuellement associés ne sont pas transférables. Il incombe au client d’exporter ses données, images, snapshots et configurations avant suppression, car la suppression est irréversible.

+## Conservation des données après résiliation du contrat
+
+Après suppression du service ou résiliation du contrat, OVHcloud supprime définitivement toutes les données, images, snapshots et configurations des VM mutualisées. Les sauvegardes automatiques sont également supprimées. Il est donc impératif d’exporter toutes les données nécessaires avant suppression. Aucune restauration n’étant possible après coup.
