we could generalize the unsure command to arbitrary comments (with autocompletion of existing comments, which could work as hashtags like #unsure, #revise, #adj-verb, #missing-sense)
although I'm not sure there are enough hashtags to justify the effort, #missing-sense already is encoded in another way, and #revise and #unsure are very similar…
