[BUG] Spaces view does not show placeholder with disabled spaces

Steps to reproduce

1. in a account with no spaces and proper permissions, create a new space (in web or other client) -> Android app shows the space
2. In web, disable space
3. Refresh spaces view in Android app

Actual behaviour

Blank view

Expected behaviour

No spaces. You don't have access to any space! message. Same as no spaces

Reproducible in 4.6.2

Can this problem be reproduced with the official owncloud server?
