Yarn Plug'n'Play throws an error on Windows

1. git clone https://github.com/rolldown/rolldown.git
2. cd to `examples/yarn-pnp`
3. run `yarn install`
4. run `yarn add rolldown`
5. run `yarn rolldown -c rolldown.config.mjs`
