Add Oxc icon to Simple Icons

Hello Oxc maintainer

I'm a contributor of Simple Icons, I want to add Oxc icon to Simple Icons. For avoiding unauthorized adding icon behavior, I'm here to seek Oxc official permit.

If you are official Oxc member and agree adding icon, please leave a comment on this PR, clarify you are official Oxc member and permit Oxc icon added to Simple Icons.

And because Simple Icons require the icon to be monochrome, I manually edit Oxc icon, and choose color #FF915C, see simple-icons/simple-icons#13701 for final result.

@Boshen the icon is hard modified. You should take a look :)
I do not know what do "Do"s and "Don't"s are for the branding.
