oxfmt: FracturedJSON fallback support

I was wondering if it was possible to apply a fallback to FracturedJSON when dealing with certain JSON files. I feel like this is a bit niche but could be useful for json data that is meant to be manually updated more than generated or that is more read by humans than machines (e.g. presentations, demos)
