[Request] Sonar lint plugin

First of all, many thanks for the insane project that is oxlint 💯 (I probably wont say it enough)

I come to introduce a request for adding Sonar linting rules on the roadmap.
In corporate development, quality and security vulnerabilities is an important topic.
In this field Sonar come in play to regularly scan the entire codebase and giving a report for the quality & vulnerabilities.

Now, they offer an eslint plugin with quite a bunch of rules (very few auto-fixable tho).
Their rules are quite well documented, provides the why and the how to fix with also external source link to learn more.
I believe it is a great opportunity for oxlint project to integrate those qualities rules.
