Unsatisfied dependencies: gconf2, gconf-service

Describe the bug

On Kali Linux during the installation of the gui version but also running the terminal version there are big troubles with dependencies. Unsatisfied dependencies:
lokinet-gui : Depends: gconf2 but it is not installable
Depends: gconf-service but it is not installable

Same install issues on Ubuntu 24.10
Followed direction on oxen-docs

root@server:~# apt install lokinet-gui

distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
or been moved out of Incoming.

root@server:~# apt --fix-broken install
