OSX 15.3 and 15.3.1 websites not loading #2253

Describe the bug
My Mac recently updated to OSX 15.3 and tonight to 15.3.1. Since the initial update to 15.3 with Lokinet connected websites fail to load.
To Reproduce
Open a web page.
Connect to Lokinet
Click a link on the open web page, browser times out

Device and Operating system (please complete the following information):
- OS: MacOS OSX 15.3.1
- Device: MacBook Air, M1, 8GB RAM, 1TB SSD
- Lokinet Version number or Git commit hash: lokinet-0.9.11-release
I've tried Private Internet Access VPN and websites load fast and with no issues.
