snapshotEngine octez image should match version in tezos-k8s-values #540
Description
The snapshotEngine images.octez is separate from tezos-k8s-values images.octez. I believe this was intentional, but it is a nuisance to have to update this by default.
The snapshot-scheduler job should use the OCTEZ_VERSION from the tezos-config configmap unless OCTEZ_SNAPSHOT_VERSION is defined.
Rename TEZOS_VERSION in snapshotEngine default template values.yaml to OCTEZ_VERSION and set it to "".
