[DOCS] For each analysis tool, list which (if any) transformations need to be applied to use it

As suggested by @sanjiv856 in #94 (reply in thread), it would be useful for new users if the documentation for each analysis tool listed any transformations that need to be applied to a system before that analysis can be performed. e.g. to calculate the MSD, the nojump transformation must be used
