Allow exporting from one mac to another

Problem

I know the DB lives in

/Users/{USER}/Library/Containers/org.p0deje.Maccy/Data/Library/Application Support/Maccy/Storage.sqlite'

But moving this is buried under older github issues

Solution

Either document this or offer import/export

I think adding it to the FAQ would be a good solution. Offering support for exporting from the UI would also require us to support importing older formats, which means less flexibility with the storage content.

Makes sense, power users can just read the FAQ. Can I raise a PR to fix?
