Shouldn't do; while it's possible for client applications to specify their client-side port, it's very unusual (since it's extremely likely to lead to conflicts). Most software just sets a flag asking the OS to choose one (typically just by setting a port number to 0), and I'd be very surprised if SAR was doing something different.
