pLink2 stuck running at [pLink] Start searching

As shown in the figure, MS1 and MS2 file has been extracted from the raw data. Then, the engine is ready to search. While, it stuck in this search step.
Do you have any suggestion about this stuck?
please help!

This is the data of CID-IT, and pLink only supports the data of HCD-FT.
