Users are unable to select Gender, age, description etc during registration in v18.0

First of all, many thanks to the developer of this app. You are much appreciated.

I installed version 18.0 through softaculous and after customization, I discovered that new users cannot select age, gender type, location nor make description during registration. ph7 version 18.0 automatically assigns them the "woman" gender and also sets the date of birth at 1991. Regardless of how prospective users try to register, it always sets their gender as "woman".

I have copied the JoinForm.php file from v17.9.1 into the "appropriate" directory of my version 18.0 installation, but the problem is NOT fixed.

Any help?
