[Bug]: Agent not visible in office: Claude Code 2.1.78 on Windows 11

Describe the bug

Description

The main Claude Code agent does not appear in the Pixel Agents office at all.
Launching Claude Code from within the Pixel Agents panel creates a terminal session but no character is rendered.

Environment

• OS: Windows 11 Enterprise 10.0.26100
• VS Code: latest
• Claude Code CLI: 2.1.78
• Pixel Agents: latest
• Claude Code launched from: Pixel Agents panel (new terminal)

Notes

This seems related to #93 — Claude Code 2.1.71+ may have changed the JSONL transcript format in a way that breaks agent detection. Confirmed still broken on 2.1.78 on Windows 11.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open VS Code with Pixel Agents panel visible
2. Create a new agent session from within Pixel Agents
3. Claude Code starts in terminal
4. No character appears in the office map

Expected behavior

A character should appear and animate as Claude Code reads files, executes commands, and waits for input.

Actual behavior

The office remains empty. No character is rendered for the active session.
