Optimize VisiumHD loading

Consider optimizeing VisiumHD loading, make it faster (especially for 2µm resolution) and allow for a custom bin resolution as well, such that users can load the data at desired resolution from the beginning

Also optimize the user interface. Optionally make the square spot polygons, not round spots.
