Scenario:
I'm wanting to download data from Pacifica but the data isn't compressed and I'd like it to be on the server side when issuing a cart. This way I can fit it on my laptop.
Steps to Reproduce:
Queue up 4Tb worth of uncompressed data in a cart, watch my laptop fill up trying to download it.
