Reset this Milestone to v1.1 because we released v1.0 on December 18, 2025 to sync with the approval of ECMA-427. Note that we did not move Closed issues/PRs from v1.0 out of this milestone so the percent complete is not accurate. We are following a basic SemVer scheme so v1.1 will cover some combination of; - Updates to ECMA-427 (staging them for second edition by end of 2026) - Major updates to the test schema and the structure of test files
