Feature Request: Upgrade go-logr across the 1.0 breaking change

[github.com/packethost/pkg/log](https://pkg.go.dev/github.com/packethost/pkg/log) is built on `github.com/go-logr/logr v0.2.1`

It would be nice to upgrade to the latest, but that will entail crossing the v1.0 breaking change as mentioned in https://github.com/go-logr/logr/releases/tag/v1.0.0-rc1 and implemented in https://github.com/go-logr/logr/pull/42
