Pacscript problem

I have manually installed rust using rustup. When building manually, I'm getting no issues, but when using pacstall, I am getting

Seems like it's unable to fetch the cargo command, which is easily accessible by me. I guess I'm unable to install rust globally, if so, then how can I so? A rust pacscript can also solve the issue, resolving #2274

I am sorry, it's been two months, also I have stopped creating new pacscripts. Sorry about that. I will anyways maintain the existing packages.
