Change BackgroundRGB to BackgroundRGBA #10

I'm putting a notice here to remind myself to do this in the next update.
BackgroundRGB() will be renamed BackgroundRGBA() since it actually takes an alpha as well and Background() takes just RGB.
BackgroundRGB() will be depreciated.
