Global configuration of settings

Currently you can only change the settings for the currently selected element. It would be nice to change the settings of alle elements globally at once. So I don't have to walk through my 3, 40, 100?! elements and dis-/enable the settings.

Nice idea. We have also been thinking about this. The short term plan is to create a CLI for the tool that can read a configuration file. In that config file you will be able to globally set your preferences. A similar "user" preferences will also be added to the web based generator.
