pagespeed_optimize_image command-line cannot execute on windows server 2003 #294
Description
I can't get pagespeed_optimize_image command-line to run
on Windows Server 2003 (no problems on Windows XP, though). I get "This
application has failed to start because the application configuration is
incorrect. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem."
