I have a WPE-I 12 HKW 230 Premium from 2024 with a WPMSystem (firmware 449.11) and ISG (firmware 12.2.3.260). This component works well for most of the registers. However, I am unable to read the source temperature even though this information is available in ServiceWelt under Vorlauftemperatur Wärmequelle and Rücklauftemperatur Wärmequelle. The stiebel_eltron_isg_source_temperature is unavailable.
When I try to manually read modbus register 536 I get a steady -32 768.
Do you have an idea why this is the case and what I could try to make it work?
The -32768 readings for source temperature on WPE-I are tracked in issue #653, which covers the affected source values and contains the available captures. Closing this discussion in favor of #653.
