hangs on "4000th rule"

Unfortunately I can't include a URL here as I'm using this on localhost. That said I'm getting this error when inspecting a large page. The same page works at its www location, but it's behind a login -- so a URL wouldn't help
Other localhost pages inspect fine. I'm using this in Chromium Edge, btw, v88.0.705.50 64-bit
