when creating a task that is a result of a bug ticket - can we create a URL for easy linkage? #173

Would be great if I could add a task from a ticket as follows:
ctrl-Shift-j
ticket XX-1234 short description
Then the ticket shows up in the Tasks list as a checklist item with a link (if config variable ticketURL is filled in similar to: https:/my.bug.repo/ ---- then the XX-1234 can get appended to the end of the URL or something similarly easy
Obviously we could add another section for Tickets in the journal - but I don't think that is necessary
