how to adjust the sensitivity of the switching bewteen views?

now, one of the views in my project is used to show a scrollable textview. while I scroll the textview, it is easy to active the switch view event. as the consequence, the scroll process stoped.

so here is my question: how to adjust the trigger conditon of the switching between views?
