Need new screenshot for 8-Bit Startup Guide

Great to see some documentation!

On your 8-Bit start-up guide (https://github.com/palaa159/Docs/blob/master/01-8bitstart.md), the screen shot of the GUI is out of date.  Conor moved around the on-screen elements quite a bit.  So, if you can take a new screenshot, it would be less confusing for the new users.
