AIP Agents API Seems Broken

I've been trying to run various example code chunks provided here. I'm attempting to run this code within a Foundry instance (v6.475.11). Every code chunk produces the same error message, pointing to the line that first mentions client.aip_agents.Agent. The error message states, "AttributeError: readonly attribute". It seems the Agent property is broken? I've raised an issue within Foundry for the same problem. Thanks for any help you can provide!
