Create a favicon set for initial styleguide

Right now there has been little done around favicons/device icons in the styleguide. We should create the desired set of dimensions need for this.

https://realfavicongenerator.net/ seems to be the most up to date generator to set a baseline from. I used it recently and it worked pretty well.
