Template class returning Any type in constructor

Right now the constructor returns a Any type.

With the new addition of the Self type to the typing library, should this be
def __init__(self,...) -> typing.Self:?

Of course that's only for python 3.11, one would have to do
def __init__(self,...) -> typing_extensions.Self:
for python 3.10
