[bug] Displayed URL in HTML should respect forwarded protocol

Running panamax in Kubernetes without TLS but behind a HTTPS ingress, the URL displayed in HTML page is http://XXXX instead of https://XXX

Header https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTTP/Headers/X-Forwarded-Proto should be used as public URL protocol.
