selecting specific crates

I am trying to setup a "crates.io" mirror in a closed (offline) environment.
And this looks like a great tool to do exactly that.

BUT - I do not see how to do something my team requires.

Hence this question.

A) My need is to mirror ONLY a specific set of creates from an "approved list"
I can easily create a file with a list of: "NAME=VERSION" -
I would like to limit panamax to exactly those crates and no other crates.

B) Instead - panamax seems to mirror everything in totality.

How can I specify to PANAMAX - only the crates listed in ?

From how I've used it a good way is to:

1. make a Cargo.toml including the crates you care about.
2. Use cargo vendor --manifest-path /path/to/this/Cargo.toml /output/path/vendor (Should give you a vendor folder with crate binaries)
3. when you sync make sure you sync with this option: panamax sync --vendor-path=/path/to/vendor /mirror
