Collect user stories? #45

At todays meeting we discusses ways to asses the impacts of providing the analysis ready CMIP6 data in the cloud.
I think @philipkershaw suggestion of collecting user stories was an excellent one.
What would be a good way of soliciting/collecting such stories? If someone has some experience on this topic, I would be very curious about some input.
