Add general getting involved with Pangeo guide

We should add a guide that let's people know some pathways for getting more involved with Pangeo. This is one question that came up a lot at the AGU booth last year and in other conversations. I think it would be cool to also include a bit of narrative from people currently involved about their pathways to involvement and what they've gained from it.
