Showing subs only on mobile

Hi!

I have Truenas, and latest plex installed. SZ is recognized in agents, it downloads subtitles, I can select them but even when selected they are only showing on my mobile phone. It doesn't show subs on web client, tizen client nor chormecast.

I'm new here, just made an acc to submit this but I couldn't find a similar thread.
