Remove extra yarn build command explanation once bug is resolved

Currently sites using yarn most have the command `gcp-build`. We documented that in https://github.com/pantheon-systems/documentation/pull/9868

The underlying issue is https://github.com/GoogleCloudPlatform/buildpacks/issues/360

Once that underlying issue is resolved, we can update our guidance.
