Error in dashboad - check simplesamlphp_autoload config option

I'm seeing this error in the dashboard. Authentication works but this error is shown: "WP SAML Auth wasn't able to find the SimpleSAML_Auth_Simple class. Please check the simplesamlphp_autoload configuration option, or visit the plugin page for more information." I had to change the simplesamlphp_autoload location to 'private/simplesamlphp/lib/_autoload.php." The error appears as a result.
