Add Typescript (Svelte) adhoc tool example to example-adhoc

In lieu of having a "recipes" part to the docs and currently not having TS support, I think another example of using a web example (TS + SvelteKit) would be a good addition to the repo.

It's a pretty practical example, as it's what I use in a project:

Need to refresh it for more recent deps, and ensure it still works. Most of the heavy lifting is still handled by Vite.

Eventually (or maybe sooner), this could/would/should be handled by the JS/TS backend. It might even do it today, as Vite handles the TS part (mostly)
