Bug: Competitive column sorting in blocks table not working

Summary
The sort criteria "competitive" in the blocks table does not seem to have any effect.

Steps to reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Go to Pooltool.io
2. Go to a pool which has had a number of competitive blocks in an epoch, e.g. STR8 pool in epoch 407 (https://pooltool.io/pool/000006d97fd0415d2dafdbb8b782717a3d3ff32f865792b8df7ddd00/blocks)
3. Tab through the different blocks pages to confirm there are competitive blocks
4. Sort by competitive column up and down and notice the competitive blocks do not show up

Expected behaviour
When sorting by the column "Competitive" battles, that is slot or height battles should be shown first, before all other blocks.
