Plugins and integrations

We want to make Papercups an amazing product for developers. Long term, this means building out an ecosystem of plugins, and eventually a kind of "app store", where anyone can build on top of us.

Short term, we want to start building out more integrations with other products like:

• CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc)
• Project management (Jira, Asana, Linear, GitHub, etc)
• Calendars (Calendly, Google Calendars)
• Other messaging products (Whatsapp, Telegram, Discord, XMPP)

In terms of short term "plugins", we're thinking things like:

• Chat bot flows (using Dialogflow, Rasa, etc)
• Playbooks
• Translations

What kind of integrations and/or plugins would you like to see in Papercups? Is there anything that excites you?
