Add more properties to MaterialAnimation #247
Description
Currently the MaterialAnimation type has only the pageTransitionDuration property, but I have the necessity to change other components's transition's duration.
In my fork, I already added these properties and changed the respective components[1]:

- actionBarTransitionDuration;
- dropDownTransitionDuration;
- dialogTransitionDuration;
- overlayLayerTransitionDuration;
- overlayViewTransitionDuration.
As I intend to contribute the code back, I would like to hear from you about the "by component approach" and the chosen names, what do you think about this?
If you want, I can do the same for all other components.
