Currently flood creates the tests using sample files it downloads. The tests and data make assumptions about the state of the chain (e.g., number of blocks, existing transactions, contracts, etc).

Describe the solution you'd like
A tool to customise and generate the sample data for the tests.

Describe alternatives you've considered
A detailed description of the parquet files and how the sample data was obtained could help create our own automation.
